I am an experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor with a particular interest in working with loss, grief and bereavement.

Loss is something that everyone experiences in life, but it is not always recognised.

I have worked as a therapist in different settings for twenty years, with people who have experienced all kinds of losses such as:

  • Death of a partner or spouse
  • Death of a parent, grandparent, sibling or other family member
  • Relationship breakdown
  • Separation and divorce
  • Redundancy
  • Children leaving home
  • Change of job or retirement
  • Death of a friend
  • Death of a pet
  • Significant life-change
  • All of these losses will lead to grief, a natural response but one that is not widely understood. Grief or bereavement counselling is the process of working through the difficult and painful emotions that we feel after a loss, until we can accept what has happened and assimilate it into our experience and our lives.

I now work exclusively online or via telephone providing grief counselling in the UK. Contact me on my mobile - 07539 411068 - or via email to set up an online assessment session and we will take it from there.
